Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production processes.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Supervise factory staff and coordinate workflow across departments.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in dirty industries.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Jordanian or Egyptian nationality only.
