📢 VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Hiring – Site Engineer An engineering and construction company providing professional services in civil works, construction, and project management, is seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to join our project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Conduct daily site inspections and verify dimensions, levels, alignment, workmanship, and construction quality.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
- Review IFC and shop drawings, identify technical issues and clashes, and coordinate required clarifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with approved ITPs, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Monitor daily and weekly progress, verify completed quantities, and identify delays or site constraints.
- Coordinate surveying and setting-out activities, including verification of coordinates, elevations, and construction dimensions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and participate in toolbox talks, site inspections, risk assessments, and permit-to-work activities.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including RFIs, TQs, inspection requests, daily reports, NCRs, and progress records.
- Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Client/Consultant teams to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction/site engineering.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and project schedules.
