Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Handle client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Proactively identify and solve client problems to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and improve service quality.
Language Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish (spoken and written).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in client management, customer service, or account management (preferably in delivery/shipping/logistics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
